Annex 3: Reset the password of a Microsoft 365 user

When using a tenant registered via Customer Digital Experiences, you don’t know the passwords of the users that are available in your tenant. As a result, you need to reset the password of the user. Below instructions explains how to do that.

  1. Navigate to your Microsoft 365 admin center

  2. Click users

  3. Click active users

  4. Search in the active users list for the user that requires a password reset

  5. Hover the respective user and click the ‘reset a password’ icon

  6. Select the desired options

  7. Click reset password
