Start using the Insights API

Welcome to this introductory course on the Insights API! The Insights API is a powerful tool that allows you to retrieve data about your Dialog Cloud Infinity contact centers, such as call queues, agents, and the current dialogues. With this API, you can create your own custom dashboards in addition to the ones provided by Insights. In this course, we will explain how to authenticate, what data and fields are available, what they mean, how to query them, and provide some sample code to help you get started.
