Assign and unassign members to the Contact Center

Members are the Agents that will handle the calls for the Contact Center.

Assign an member to the Contact Center

  1. Click on Member Tab (1) to assign Member(s) to this Contact Center

  2. Click on Add Members (1), Search for the user (2), Click Assign (3), repeat to add more members, and finally click on Add Members (4) to confirm:

  3. The Member assignment is confirmed:

Unassign an member from Contact Center

  1. From the Contact Center Menu, Members tab, you can unlink an Member to a Contact Center by clicking on the Member (1), and click on the Unassign button (2)

  2. In the pop-up window must do one final confirmation, by pressing OK.
