After successfully signing in you will have access to the following home page:
On the left side of the page, you will find the following menu options:
- The Contact Centers menu item is where you can define your Contact Center, assign the calling address, and add the Agents that are part of it. This allows you to keep track of your Contact Center and ensure that all Agents are working together.
- The Agents menu item is where you can add Teams users as Agents.
- The Addresses menu item is where you can refer your resource account to a Address that can be use for Contacts and in Dialogue Studio.
- The General Settings menu item is where you can set up your Presence Configuration and CRM Configuration.
- The Dialogue Studio menu item direct you to your Dialogue Studio instance. From here you can start configuring your Dialogue flows.
- The Users Privileges menu item let's you configure access for users and configure the default permissions for new users.
- The Insights menu item show you reporting widgets about your deployment.
