Upload and delete audio files in the Contact Center

Upload audio files to use in the call flow in Dialogue Studio.

Supported Formats

  • Formats: WMA, MP3, WAV

  • Max Size: 100MB

  • Max Duration: 25 minutes

Upload Audio File to the Contact Center

  1. Click on the Audio Files tab.

  2. Click the Upload button.

  3. In the file selection pop-up, select the audio file you want to upload (ensure it matches the supported formats).

  4. While the file is uploading, a pop-up will appear where you can optionally enter a description.

    Note

    The Save button will be greyed out until the upload is complete.

  5. Once the file is uploaded, click the Save button.

  6. The audio file is now available for use in the Play node in Dialogue Studio. For more details, see Play node.

Modify Audio File

  1. Click on the Audio Files tab.

  2. Select the audio file you want to modify.

  3. Edit the description in the text field. Your changes will be automatically saved.

Delete Audio File from the Contact Center

  1. Click on the Audio Files tab.

  2. To delete all files at once, check the All box and click the Delete button.

  3. To delete a single file, select the audio file you want to delete and click the Delete button.
