Introduction to Dialogue Studio

Anywhere365 Dialogue Studio is a low-code platform for designing and programming dialogue flows. The Dialogue Studio plugin for the Dialogue Contact Center (DCC) platform enables flexible data driven routing of incoming dialogue flows.

With Dialogue Studio you can drag and drop small building blocks (nodes) that will connect incoming calls, fetch relevant data from CRM or database for routing and interaction, and hunt the right agents to answer the call. The advantage is that you can adjust the flows for each DCC with a mouse-click on the Deploy button.

This is an example of a simple Interactive Voice Response (IVR) dialogue where the incoming calls are being connected to the Sales or Support department, depending on the customer’s choice in the IVR menu:

One big advantage of Dialogue Studio is that you can use the flow immediately after you have clicked Deploy. It was built to be able to create extensive IVR flows with CRM and data access simply by connecting nodes on a canvas.
