Publish report to Power BI
If you want to share your created report with the rest of the organization, you can publish to Power BI.
Preparation

Make sure the user is signed in to Power BI Desktop. The user needs:

A Power BI Pro license

Access to the Workspace you want to publish to

Note
Users that want to access the published report will also need a Power BI Pro license.
Publication
Publish the Report to Power BI by clicking the Publish button (1).
Select the Workspace where you want to publish you Report and click the Select button. My Workspace is the Default Workspace.
Note
My workspace can be used to share with colleagues, but it is recommend to setup workspaces.
After publishing you will get a warning that the data source is disconnected, we will address that in the next step.
