Agent Availability widget
Widget shows the number of agents for the tenant in each state in the present time (now).
| Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
| Agent status | The number of agents that are in a particular state. |
| Online (Ready) | The number of Agents that are ready to take a new dialogue. |
| Busy (Handling current dialogues) | The number of Agents that are currently handling (one or more dialogues); This includes the Agents that are in Wrap Up; this is part of handling a dialogue. |
| Not Ready | The number of Agents that are not ready to take a new dialogue (away, DND, BRB). |
