Queue Statistics widget
Queue statistics widget shows the skill statistics for the tenant at the present date ( today ).
Parameter | Description | Formula |

NrOfWaitingCalls | The number of dialogues that are currently queued. | |
Max current wait time | The longest wait time of the dialogues that are currently queued. | |
Average Wait Time (AWT) | AWT represents the average time it takes for dialogues to be answered by a an agent. It is typically measured in seconds. | |
Max Wait Time | The longest period of time a customer was waiting. | |
Average Abandon Time | The average time after which a customer disconnects while waiting for an Agent to answer the dialogue. | |
Min Abandon Time | The shortest waiting time before a customer disconnected while waiting for an Agent to answer the dialogue. |
