Queue Statistics widget

Queue statistics widget shows the skill statistics for the tenant at the present date ( today ).

Parameter Description Formula
NrOfWaitingCalls The number of dialogues that are currently queued.  
Max current wait time The longest wait time of the dialogues that are currently queued.  
Average Wait Time (AWT) AWT represents the average time it takes for dialogues to be answered by a an agent. It is typically measured in seconds.  
Max Wait Time The longest period of time a customer was waiting.  
Average Abandon Time The average time after which a customer disconnects while waiting for an Agent to answer the dialogue.  
Min Abandon Time The shortest waiting time before a customer disconnected while waiting for an Agent to answer the dialogue.
