Users privileges
With the Users privileges you can configure which level of access a user has. The default permission has already been setup during the initial deployment (One-time operation: Update default permissions to Agent.)
New users will appear once they sign into the Admin Portal, they will receive the default permissions.
Change a users privileges
Note:
The account that is trying to authenticate should have been assigned Administrator user privileges.

From the User Privileges menu, click on the user you want to change (1)

Add or remove the privileges you need (2). See: Privileges for more details.
Changes are applied directly.Note
If the user is already signed it to the Admin Portal, they need to close to tab before the changes take effect.

Dialogue Studio Editor |
As a Dialogue Studio Editor, you can use Dialogue Studio to view and edit your dialogue flows. |
Dialogue Studio Viewer |
As a Dialogue Studio Viewer, you can use Dialogue Studio to view your dialogue flows only. |
Report Viewer |
As a Report Viewer, you can query data using the Insights API. |
CTI Dynamics365 Agent |
As a CTI Dynamics365 Agent you can use the WebAgent embedded in Dynamics365 to enable a seamless interaction. |
CTI SalesForce Agent |
As a CTI SalesForce Agent you can use the WebAgent embedded in SalesForce to enable a seamless interaction. |
